What is needed to be prequalified for a mortgage loan?
Basically, we need to know your income, your assets and your credit history. You will need to provide a loan application, some verifying documents and an authorization for us to pull your credit.
How do I complete a loan application?
You can complete an application online through our secure website by choosing the Apply Now tab above or button on the home page. When you sign the online application we have your authorization to pull your credit. We would then coordinate the easiest way for you to get your verifying documents to us.
What documents do I need for the loan process once I'm prequalified?

Most recent 2 years' Federal tax returns (all pages/schedules) and W-2's*

Most recent 1 month's pay stubs, retirement/pension stub and benefit award's letter

Most recent 2 months' bank statements for all checking, savings, stocks, retirement accounts

Copy of your driver's license and social security card

How long does it take to get a loan closed?
